I'm making this simply to try and keep all the prospect discussion to one thread so we don't get a new one every time somebody has a good game or rises/falls on draft boards.

Feel free to bring up anything related to potential 2014 prospects.

I will say, watching Marcus Smart really has me leaning towards the "tank" crowd  :-X

The more i see of Noah vonleh, the more i think he looks like an al horford type.  I could see him getting drafted as high as 6 in this draft, and wouldn't mind seeing him in Celtic green at all!

Aren't they pretty repetitive though.

Both 3/4 tweeners?

I think I'd prefer Hood as he has a much better perimeter game.

Hood is a 3 who can prob play some 2. Gordon is a 4 trying to become a 3.

Watching the Kansas game and man is Embiid impressive.

He's #1 on my big board for sure.

Have a sneaking suspicion he stays in school though.

I've even watching too, and Selden is impressing me.

He is more NBA ready than Embid or Wiggins, with less upside, but skilled nonetheless.

Edit: TJ Warren and Kyle Anderson are also underrated.

Anywhere from 15-20. In a weak east division , even without Horford, i think they still make worse 8th spot

Agreed. Between Brooklyn and Atlanta, one of them is gonna make it into the playoffs.

He is very athletic and can shoot it. But his decision making is very raw. I think he is a risky pick in the 10-14 range.

Gordon looks like a really good player.... But he cant shoot. Maybe he will just become a nice energy role player like a faired or tony Allen. I certainly wouldn't compare him to Blake griffin.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I want to take a gamble on LeBryan Nash.

I think he's not going to be an All Star talent, but he has the physical tools (and the game) to be either a very good 3 and D guy or a slasher/defender wing.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons

Yea the Blake comparisons seem way off.

I would say an absolute ceiling of Shawn Marion is more accurate. Very nice player, but not really a star.
