Yup, me and Dragan Bender had a basketball affair.
He wasn't aware of it but nevertheless, he was my draft love.
He can shoot, play defense, moves laterally, passes well, is a good kid...scratch that.

Hard pill to swallow , but I'm owning it .

I was jumping up and down with glee when Danny picked Fab Melo . The poor soul fell out of a chair and then knocked him out cold not ducking in a door way,  i knew i had screwed up only weeks after the draft..  RIP.


I made up for for it predicting CBS and DA would take Tatum .


Fultz had me and 90 % of the basketball world fooled he was a sure thing.  He might be the biggest flop in modern times . Philly traded the bank to get him and got zip for several years.  Not even a free throw from a shooting expert . He forgot how to play basketball.

Ron Mercer- still got his jersey..thought he be an All Star for years to come
Steph Curry-I really thought he be a bust and laugh when GS pick him

Well just for the Celtics I was pretty excited about Ante Zizic, JR Giddens, Kedrick Brown, Jerome Moiso, Ron Mercer,  Dee Brown and more...  :( lol

Legit I think we can all get a pass on Fultz. Even if you thought he wasn't going to be number 1 pick worthy no one saw him suddenly forgetting how to shoot the basketball after he'd been a scorer in college/HS.

Just an insane injury with him, no matter if its physical or mental.

I legit thought Telfair was going to be the next big thing for the NBA.

Harold Minor but we all fell for his hype.

Although he had a decent NBA career I thought JR Rider was going to be so much more.

Jiri Welsch but I was bias since my family comes from that region.

I liked Oden over Durant.  Oden dominated both Horford and Noah with one good hand.  Of course it was injuries that ruined him.

Stanley Johnson.  I didn't expect him to be a huge star, but I thought he was a can't miss all star caliber prospect.

Oh man, this made me snort with laughter. TP. To be fair, Mickey is tearing it up overseas  ;D

My worst prediction was, like many, that Bender was the next Porzingis. I had him on an equal tier as Brown tho and did not want Dunn or Hield. First draft I started paying attention to was in 2013, I was super invested in Larkin, Schroder, and Dieng.

Some hits I had: Sabonis, Kuzma, Myles Turner, Smart, Garry Harris.

Me too.  I thought Bill Self's system held him back.  Turns out, Wiggins held himself back.
