Wanamaker has a tough assignment... I don't really hold this against him much.  Mitchell is really good.

Kanter has been a liability for the last few weeks.

Solid start against a supposed tough Utah team on the back half of a b2b. Let's hope we can keep it going and get an easy W...or just a W  ;D
Apparently if we aren't destroying our opponents by twenty points in the firsr quarter, it isn't good enough.
if we start coasting in the first quarter rather than burying a poor-shooting, inferior team by posting at least a double-digit lead after one, it tends to come back to bite us.  other team finds their stroke, C's lose theirs because they're screwing around and then it becomes a fight.

fortunately, they've started driving to the bucket more now and they've started pulling away again.

One of the things that I like about Tatum's stepback now is that - just like Harden - he shoots it normally and doesn't change his rhythm or speed, which means he's shooting it in rhythm and comfortably. While I still am concerned about how many of those shots he's taking per game, it's something that you can live with if he's really taking these shots comfortably and in rhythm like this.

It's almost like we were just missing shots, and now we aren't.

Eh, I get it, but I  am concerned any time in a segababa. The fact that we came out and played much better D than we did in the 1st last night against the Blazers was a promising sign. I just didn't want to dig ourselves a hole.

Now, we just need to not lose it in the home stretch...but we are young.

Edit: Okay, now I'm concerned...

yup, missing quick 3's and making drives to the basket.

now we're back to being a sieve on D.

Yeah. I’ve been thinking Smart should be in whenever Mitchell is.

D is falling apart right now. Not a lot of effort.
