Gotta find more shots for Ray next game.  He was 6-8.  He should've been 12 for 16.

Haven't we seen lesser talents all year get energized by the chance to beat the C's?  This is the playof version.  Knicks put everything they had on th table -- which was a bunch of underskilled NBA players who were willing to battle hard -- and who hit some big shots and played pretty aggressively on the defensive end.

Credit the Knicks for a terrific effort. And, credit the C's for not allowing a less talented team to steal a win.

Fixed again. We didn't steam roll teams then and so far we are not doing it now. But, gosh, do people remember the Atlanta series, or more importantly, as I said earlier, the D Wade game in the Miami series last year? This was that game. We lost it then, we won it now. The idea that this team deserves to blow out the opposition every game is preposterous. There is a sense of entitlement some people have that doesn't account for human fault and team lapses and it is actually somewhat sickening. It presupposes people as robots that perform to their expectations and when they don't it is pure venom. It is insulting to read and saddening to witness. Gosh, this rant turned but I do believe it and I find it somewhat disconcerting to say the least. That fans are entitled to excellence at every moment and don't have any sense or reality of the human beings playing the game and overlook that that it is that which makes this game beautiful, that it is people playing and not a videogame simulation. End rant.

Yep absolutely agree. He didn't take a shot in the fourth after his game yesterday ?! Total mistake.

This would be a much bigger deal if we had lost.

Too close for my tastes but a win is a win. And remember, we all get to be happy until Friday.

Its playoff and blowouts are rare and not the norm , all the teams are 500 or better and can win anytime .

I fully expect every game the celtics WIN to be a 1-6 point varity.

One point win counts just as much as a 30 point blow out .

What we would like , is a quick series , to rest the guys and get ready for the next opponent.

Great WIN TONIGHT.   Our guys made the good plays when it counts , and thats how its going to have to be , anybody we beat from now on or win will be squeaker. Thats FINE , that good B-BALL ....relax and enjoy

The "C"'scan REALLY REALLY REALLY help their cause by winning the next game at NY.

A win is a win, so we take it and go to NY.

Clearly, we need more help and energy from the bench.  Green is trying, but sometimes too hard (silly fouls, forced shots), and then gets timid.  Just needs to be aggressive, let the game to him.  Krstic deserves more than 3 minutes as well...

Well put.

Winning 10-2 in baseball is always great, but the occasional walk-off is always exhilarating.

Dominating both halves in football will always inspire confidence, but winning on the last drive of the game is always exciting.

We are winning the games we are supposed to, enough said. Would anyone really be be surprised if we blow out the Knicks on Friday?

Wow.  Lose on a Jared Jeffries lay-in.

This team sucks.  Plain and simple.  The Celtics suck.

Time to rebuild.

Davis was on the wrong side of his man.

One of the reasons KG is such a great defender. He got the steal off Jeffries b/c he used 1 hand to contest a shot, and the other to block an around the back pass.

Most players would have either had both hands up or both hands to the side. Great plays by KG on both ends of the court.

He's still got "it"
Can't stop, Rondo!
