Philadelphia @ Boston    Scott Foster (#48)    Eric Lewis (#42)    Bill Kennedy (#55)    Brian Forte (#45)
Scott foster is like the NBA’s hit man.

Does the Miami game Friday night and then he gets shipped up to Boston two days later for game 7.

This was not the news I needed, but I suppose was the news I expected.

It was probably going to be one of Zarba, Fosters and Brothers regardless. Those guys haven't gone for the last few days

I could be wrong but I think Scott Foster works in our favor from an officiating stand point. Brothers and Zarba are the ones who have the hit on us

Harden also has a terrible record with Foster (I think something like 1-13). Plus he was there ECF Game 7 last season and we won that game. Maybe there's hope

Hate that this game is on Mother's Day.

Our family had an awesome M-Day's breakfast at home, but I won't lie in the back of my mind I still kept thinking about the C's game and some of the nerves from it  :P

Tell me about it, I have had a Mothers Day reservation booked for over a month now at 4 PM.. and i'm fairly certain the restaurant we are going to does not have TV's. This is my own personal hell.. I know I am preaching to the choir for many around here.

I have no idea what Adam Silver was thinking by scheduling a game 7 with two teams on the East Coast at 3:30 on Mothers Day.. It should have been scheduled for 8 no matter what. Literally tip off is at prime time on the busiest day for restaurants of the entire year. Probably one of the more careless and stupid scheduling conflicts I have seen in any sport in recent memory.. and not for nothing it causes a tense day for many mothers now on a day that is supposed to be about them.

Lol yup
I am hosting a bbq at 5 pm.  I just went over rules and regulations with my brother and father, so we can all enjoy the party then watch the game later on DVR blindly.  First half is open for discussion lol.  Strange days when you have to plan it out.  There is a fine art to the DVR/blind watching of the game.   But putting the phone away is a must.
Yup

I hope we come out firing in all cylinders and not come out like how Game 5 started. If it's another Game 5, I hope this crowd boos them out and start a Fire Joe or Fire Brad chant.

Currently on a train to NYC for a week.  Have already changed reservations for dinner to a safe time.  Definitely will miss a good bit of the first half.

Not sure what this means from Woj? Setting up for a ref screw job to make up for Celtics advantage?

Yep. Absolutely this. Expect them calling every single Joel flop today 🙄

This is the exact playbook that Donaghy discussed.

Now doc whining about it. Saying it's why they lost game 6

Yeah, I think I read that wrong before. This looks like clear gamesmanship from Doc. Have someone leak this to Woj, hope the refs see it, and then do more whining about it pregame to further pressure the refs.

Will say, he’s largely an inept coach when it comes to adjustments and actual basketball decision-making, but he’s a master of working the refs and media and doing his part to influence the game.

Great way to prep your team - an Embiid/Harden team no less - by continuously blaming officiating on losses.

Philly doing a full court press on the Refs right now 2 hours before game time. Scott Foster reffing too so not great news for the Cs.

Scott Foster is the ref tonight so expect a lot of Embiid and Harden calls going their way.

Foster has been generally good to the Celtics lately though
