"Most Memorable" is much different than "Favorite" to me, so I'll have to say that under the category of this thread as "Most Memorable", it would have to be May 26, 1987, Game Five against the Pistons, when Bird stole the ball from an inbounding Isaiah Thomas, laid it down to DJ, who put in a lay-up and won the game. Many games that were favored over that one, but to me, none more memorable.

got five for you ........

1969 finals vs lakers game 7 - pure Boston Celtics greatness

1974 eastern finals vs knicks game 5 - revenge for 1973

1976 finals vs suns game 5 - still the greatest game ever

1984 finals vs lakers game 4 - second greatest game ever

2008 finals vs lakers game 4 - finally revenge for 1987

my personal choice for the greatest ?  1969 game 7 - i was just an 11 year old kid, but i already loved the celtics and there was something so satisfying about being the old champions that year and beating the stacked lakers in los angeles for the title.

Nice list!!!

Mine has always been Game 7 of the 1987 Eastern Conference Finals versus Detroit. The series was so heated and Game 7 was a nailbiter. When Adrian Dantley and Vinnie Johnson slammed their heads together knocking Dantley out it was just incredible drama. Those were two actually likeable Pistons but I remember thinking, "Wow we've got a  break here, though."
Then there was McHale and I believe, Ainge mocking Dennis Rodman with the high step running.

ditto

Here's another one - from 07-08. The NBA took notice of us after this game, as we put an end to Houston's 22-game win streak.

I loved the statement dunk from KG there at the end - like the nail in the Rocket's coffin:
