I was always a pretty big Bernard King fan, myself.

got to tive it to both Jo Jo and Rodman.  The others are, as you say, "on the fence".

Bernard King and JoJo White. Dennis Johnson and Artis Gilmore should be in as well. There's actually a lack of NBA players in the HOF. Too many coaches and international players.

Dennis Johnson.

I agree with Rebus' list, and I'd add Rodman to it.

If D.J. was on this list, I'd definitely agree.  He belongs in the hall.

Bernard King. It's a tragedy he isn't in.

None of the others have HoF careers.

D.J. all the way.

I'm still shocked at how few NBA players are in the HoF....

DJ and Mr. King.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I'd say Dennis Rodman, followed by JoJo White.

I never saw JoJo play, but kudos to whoever did the homework to pull up his career stats. Anyone with Rings should have at least been considered.

Dennis Johnson is not in the HOF? Definitely add our DJ to list as well. 4 Championships with two teams (he won with Seattle, right?)...solid defender and was our Floor General in the 80's.

Man...I will NEVER forget that Detroit play: "It's the steal by Bird..pass to DJ who lays it up and In!!!!"

Baffling as to why Dennis Rodman (5 Championships, Lock-Down defender and rebounder) is not in. I cannot say that Michael and Scotty would have won less rings without the Worm, but he sure made their efforts easier.

Informative Thread.

I have to go with DJ and it's really a no brainer. How can you not include a Finals MVP and 3 time or maybe it was 4 time champion?

Rodman though continues to be one of the more underrated players ever. Put him on this team in KG's place right now and are a good bet to win the title. If there was ever a great player for guarding Lebron or even Kobe at times it would have to be Rodman. He instantly fixes our rebounding problems. Granted, he is probably the biggest nut to play in the last 20 years but there is no doubting that the guy was very, very good!!

Rodman and DJ.
Both winners, which should override mere stats. King was great too, but he was a Knick.
