I prefer basketball players flexible.Paul George, Tatum Yannis and Davis. Lebron looks like he is popping out of his skin

As Lebron ages, he'll depend more on power and passing. Just off of those two, he'll play into his late thirties.

I don't think he used steroids to get bigger because his size increase over 10 years isn't that absurd. If you had a dietitian, chef, personal trainer, and your body was your job (not something you worked on outside of your 9-5), you could theoretically make the same gains naturally.

I believe that he is definitely abusing some kind of drug, though. I just don't believe that the goal of the drug is to build muscle.

NBA is playing with fire. I expect there to be a drug scandal in that league, I just don't know when.

Yep. You're also looking at an 18 year old and then a 29 year old. That looks like very reasonable growth for a person during that time of his life.

He also doesn't have the kind of bulk associated with steroids. I don't know anything about whether or not he could be using things like HGH or other supplements that are more modern but I also haven't seen any reason to think he is.

right, I give almost every athlete the benefit of the doubt. He could be on steroids but it's generally really hard to prove someone is on steroids by the naked eye unless you see a few tell tale signs. Muscle alone isn't enough to tell the whole story, but I guess some people can point to him losing hair but again, it's 2 of many other symptoms. Like you said he doesn't have the "added bulk" or the disproportionate shoulder muscles to give it off. Again I am not arguing whether he is on steroids or not, i'm just saying just based on him being bulky isn't enough.

10 year growth isn't surprising not to mention he is a professional who can hire someone to watch his diet and train him

Reading this thread one can see how ignorant people are in general are about steroids.

Sprinters have used them for years and don't get much bigger than LBJ.

I'll fully confess my ignorance regarding steroids. But the evidence than Lebron must be using steroids because he's losing his hair after age 30 and, I don't know, has muscles? Is not convincing.

I wouldn't put it past just about any professional athlete to be using performance enhancing drugs to help them in their career.

As for LeBron, my guess is he was heavy into drugs that give you bulk when he was playing in high school. He looked to have the body of a fully developed 26 year old NFL player and not that of a 17-18 year old kid when he entered the NBA. He has gotten a bit bigger since but overall his body hasn't changed much since he was a teenager in the league.
