Jason Tatum came down on a fans foot. With all the money being paid these athletes ,all the TV revenue and a whole season could come down to an injury..I shiver, as i watch time after time players hurtle through the air only to collide with crowd and the cameras.
For the sake of a few dollars ,they risk these huge investments.Move the crowds back,no eating drinking in first rows, pad the camera's and where the hardwood ends put down some sort of absorbing flooring under the basket in out of bounds area.
Technology and common sense. Get rid of those guys sitting on the floor with a telephoto lens
Wasn't that Paul George injury due to some court side apparatus or advertising
.It is underneath the baskets with those unnecessary cameramen. How many players have you seen flying into crowd or trying to navigate away from a crash with fans.Jayson had another episode in the corner trying to avoid a collision

Tend to agree with you. Its another case of the game not changing to match the increase in athleticism of the players. The still have the scorers table on top of the court in ancient fashion as if the game is still being played by stiffs. Players should not be expected to stop on a dime or hurdle rows of fans to avoid injury. The evasive actions players need to take to avoid collision with fans, scorers, and media, are just as dangerous as the collisions they are trying to avoid.
