When's the last time we've seen an actual flopping call? They just decide to do away with it now?

Not sure that I'd call that KP "charge" a flop, but it certainly wasn't a charge either.

Charlotte's crowd not so loud.  Somewhat understandable since their team isn't good.  But the Celtics fans that are present are just as loud as the home team.
 Still better than Miami's crowd though.
