Milwaukee Bucks star guard Michael Redd will miss the rest of the season with two torn ligaments in his left knee.

Redd was hurt with 2:33 left in the third quarter of Milwaukee's 106-104 Saturday win over the Sacramento Kings. An MRI exam today revealed a torn anterior cruciate ligament as well as a torn medial collateral ligament in the left knee.

Surgery is not yet scheduled.

Redd was averaging a team-best 21.2 points along with 3.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 33 games this season.

Another set back for the Bucks.

At least the Cavs won't trade Wally for him.

Bad luck for the Bucks. I think they are (or would be) the 4th best team in the East when healthy (something they've never really been so far).

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Now who do the Cavs turn to at the trade deadline?  Vince Carter might be unattainable due to the Nets winning ways as of late, and this injury makes it look more and more likely that the Cavs will have to stand pat at the trade deadline.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

bummer, I'm a fan of his game.

I tell ya, those Bucks just can't seem to get it going.  Tough going in Milwaukee.

Sorry Milwaukee. But this works on the Trade Checker.

Trade ID #4949297

I'd probably make them throw in a 2nd round draft pick or 2.
