Instead of trading Bradley or Crowder, what about trading IT?

- He's two years older
- smaller guys aren't as likely to hold up physically
- allows Danny to draft Dunn
- allows Rose to play SG, or IT could play SG with a bigger Rose at PG.

Would IT, Olynyk, Jerebko, #16, James Young, and the 2018 Nets pick get it done?

The reason i say the Nets 2018 pick is two reasons, first the 2017 cant be traded. Also, by 2018 who knows who the Nets may sign in free agency. It's better to draft Dunn now and trade for Butler now, than wait and see what happens in 2 years.

Dunn
Bradley
Butler
Crowder
Horford?
---------
Smart - 6th man
Amir? or let him walk
keep Turner?

I floated this in another thread, but doubt that Chicago bites.  Also how do you trade next year's pick without top of lottery protection (and how many spots? Supposed to be a better, deeper draft at the top)??

Where I think you have something is in the fact I just wonder whether Isiah and Butler would mesh well?  How ball dominant is Butler?? Isiah is very ball dominant. Worry that it would be another Rose-Butler redux.

How much does it matter that IT seems to be our "Recruiter-in-chief?"

Don't know how much of his recruiting is pomp and how much is that he seriously has a chance of influencing FAs on a personal level.

Not talking about trading next year's pick.  Trade 2018 Nets pick.

Bradley and Crowder with Butler would be really good.  Dunn  and Smart too.  That's a ton of talent.
