  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

Timofey Mosgov and Kosta Koufos. They are both legit 7 footers that have great potential. They do what they do best, and are quite bulky (250+ lbs). Mosgov is more developed, but Koufos is 2 or 3 years younger. They are good finishers and have decent hands - perfect to run with Rondo.

I'd be willing to trade one Bass or even one of our first round picks for them.

No thanks. Neither is starter material. Neither could really run with Rondo and both are reaching the points in their career where potential no longer applies to them.

No way would I trade Bass for either of them while Rondo is still on this team and definitely wouldn't move a 2012 1st for either.

Koufos, LOL.  His pic is in the dictionary next to soft, no thanks.  Bass is as good as rebounder than Koufos and 4 inches shorter that ought to speak volumes against Kosta to you.

Both of those guys are stiffs. Not to mention Steamer is better then both of those two.

I agree. I'd take steamer over the both of them. Also with all that weight you really think those feet are gonna hold up? See Nene as an example of what running with a speedy young point does to a truly big mans's feet. There's a reason they both got loads of playing time this year.

Yeah, I'll pass on both of those, too.

I know its been said but Big Al is the man.  Utah has the best young bigs in the league and he is a free agent in the summer of 2013.  Maybe wait until then.  There are no free agent bigs worth a [dang] this summer.

I think Erdan will be an UFA. The Celtics still hold the rights to Krstic. I'd take those two over the two you suggested. Just my humble opinion.

Mozgov is a good defender and rebounder, but he's foul prone, so, you can't make him your outright starting center.
Koufos is better of the two on the offensive end, but he's softer also, comparable to a raw version of Krstic.

Still, I'd prefer to get Mozgov.

What the heck is Mozgov going to do?  We need a legit low post scoring big man.  We have none if Garnett retires.  Lets here some real solutions.  BIG AL man!

Kristic for sure. Erden & Mosgov may be a equal value. Stiemer may be better than Erden.

Agree. And i'll add, that Stiemer reminds me of a young different sorta Birdman. He's fun to watch. Legit shot blockers are such a treat because they add that other dynamic. A troll lurking in the paint waitin for the little guys to go to far or underestimate their length.

I don't know if the Celtics should deal with Denver after the highway robbery they performed on the Knicks last season.

I'm not exactly sure I see the upgrade over Steams.

Why are we considering these two, Krstic or Erden? None of them are starter material. We need a starting center.
