I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again, we have a huge advantage against their guards. The game last night was close only because Rozier and Smart were fairly bad overall, but if Kyrie was in there he'd feast on them.

I trust Horford (and a healthy Baynes) will make things tough on Embiid and boy if we see this confident Hayward more often, watch out! And I think PHI fans are going to regret passing on Tatum for a long time, as he seems to have many great games and/or signature moments against them.

Expecting the refs to bail you out all the time is a Philly Achilles heal.

Embiid think the Refs sucked  ::)
Truly hilarious. Boo hoo. Go push off some defenders and get bounced in 5 in the Playoffs again

Philly fans think Horford should've been called for a foul on the play down the stretch where Embiid hurled his body into Al. Terrific defense from Al all night.

Is Harris ready for playoff level basketball? I'm not to familiar with his game but was told he was a game changer. He looked very ordinary on both ends.

I think Harris is just on the same level as Marcus Morris.

Harris is definitely better than Morris but as Philly's 4th option, he's never going to get a chance to do the things that make him better. Meanwhile, Morris is probably a better defender. So while Harris is better, in a vacuum, I'd rather have Morris in his role than Harris in his.
TP for the bolded. Well said.

One thing not getting mentioned is the absolutely stellar job Jaylen Brown did on Simmons. Brown was the primary defender on Simmons when he was in the game and Jaylen had awesome on ball defense on Simmons limiting his drives and for the most part kept Simmons out of the paint and out of the flow of the offense.

Brown didn't hang many stats last night but his defense was great.

One of the many things I love about Jaylen Brown, he is a two way player. If we got AD in a trade I think that Brown would be a better fit with: Kyrie, Brown, Hayward, Horford, AD, the starters than Tatum. Tatum is a go to scorer and likes to play with the ball in his hands. Brown as a defender, driver, spot up shooter is the better fit.
