Since the big 3, Avery Bradley has been one of my favourite players on the Celtics. Just a great kid who works really hard and is all about the team.

I do believe Ainge loves him as well and somehow have the feeling he will be very hesitant to trade AB. If AB can be held and it still gives us the possibility to land GH and PG, I think DA will try to make it happen...

Here's a nice interview about last season... great kid in front of the camera as well. Feels like he talks as he is a Celtic forever.

If this kid got traded it will truly hurt me. But I guess not for long with all these players coming back...

TP. Agree 100%. I feel like he's already gone and I see why it's for the best but it bums me out. Definitely my favorite current Celtic hands down.

Man I really don't want to lose AB, but it may end up happening within the next year  :(

Whether he is dealt to Indy for George, or traded to a team for a pick to clear space for Hayward, or in another trade, Bradley is gone before the deadline next year and most likely gone within the next 2 weeks. Too bad, I always liked Bradley's game and was one of the few posters that said his shot would come around when he shot so poorly to start his career. Bye Avery.

Preach!

Like AB said, "it's a business and they are going to do what's best for the Celtics!"

Dude is the best! He deserves more praise than some of the favorites on this board. He is the hardest worker (not his/my words but from BDoo), he's humble, busts his ass for anything coach asks (consistently at the top of distance traveled on court for season), guards the best guards every night, adds something new every season (floater and rb more), doesn't complain, good dude off the court and all the coaches, players (teammates/opposition) always have good things to say about him! IMO he was our best player in the playoffs (only Horford has a case). Truest form of a Celtics!

I have been sad most of the offseason in anticipation of saying goodbye.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I just want to say I've been a big proponent of trading for George after signing a FA (Hayward/Griffin obviously). I said it before the Woj bomb and some said it was impossible. Now that people realize that's the plan, we are starting to see some scenarios dreamt out.

I know he would have to go to make it work, but I would sure miss Avery Bradley. The guy is the last remaining Celtics from the Pierce/KG era and was ALWAYS professional. He worked on his game every summer. He never took a night off. He's a throwback.

If indeeed he has played his last game as a Celtic, I salute him. He turned himself from a defensive specialist to a 3-and-D guy to a borderline all-star. He's a class act through and through and the embodiment of a Celtic.

I've been saying for a while that win-now plans should involve keeping Avery. He's a good player. He can handle the moment. Good 3 and D guy, but I guess that's what (and all) he really is. He can spot up or shoot off picks, but still Mr. 3 and D.

It used to be that such players were the glue guys that made champions, but that spot has been upgraded to needing a 4th allstar. I guess it's okay to trade AB to get that 4th guy.
