We were up by eleven, Stevens waited too long to put the starters back in and then he kept Zeller out. IMO that's why we lost.

Is Zeller injuried? Did not see much of him in the fourth quarter?
It's like he disappeared and then we lost

Conveniently.

refs and rebounding lost this game in the 4th

I never pin it entirely on this but the refs were truly awful in this game. Completely incompetent

Gotta give the Nets some credit too.  Jack was terrific.  Anderson hit some huge shots as well.

Well, despite missing a (difficult) shot at the end, very pleased to see Sully play like that again. Beyond an impressive stat line it was evident if you were able to watch the game that Sully was much more engaged on both ends of the floor.

We just don't have enough good NBA players on the roster.  We've got guys who can fit in the rotations of other teams, but not enough players capable of winning you close games.  This is a lousy NBA team.

Then everyone gets mad at Sully for being "lazy/fat" when he couldn't cover Bogdanovic or Karasev or whomever he'd have to guard if he'd put Zeller in with Sullinger.

Fortunately for you we're not.

If we were tanking James Young would be on the court for 20+ minutes.

I agree the roster is not overly talented. But the Celtics are better than the Nets at home. This came down to poor game management. Danny either wants to be at the bottom or near the top. No middle of the pack Eastern Conference 8th seed for him.

There's a somewhat decent chance that would be an upgrade over Turner.   :P
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

We all know who and what is really to blame for this loss.....Bad babysitting!

There are always things to complain about after losses but this kind of loss is one you can live with, even with the 4th quarter collapse.  It's losing like we did the previous two games that drives you up the wall.

Eh Turner at least can dribble in more than one direction.

I'd like see Young get some run, but no way is he ready to play SF like we're asking of Turner.
