So it's a 'violation of team rules' per Himmelsbach. That rules out betting because that's a league thing.

Feels like it has to have been some sort of inappropriate conduct between him and someone else in the organization.  A relationship or abusive behavior being the two most likely things.

not necessarily.  no team would support betting that the league bans.

can't imagine what this could be about. 
- interaction with a staffer as was mentioned above? a fight perhaps? doesn't seem like his style.  last I knew he was still with Nia Long so I can't imagine it's a possible romantic liaison.
- tampering?   who could he possibly trying to recruit from another team? C's aren't really in a great position to trade right now without many assets they can give up for someone of value

Maybe. But other than some sort of domestic abuse, what possible offense could warrant that type of headline? And if it is domestic abuse, he’s probably fired, not suspended. Just a weird weird headline with little details.
