Probably Ray Allen, Danny Ainge and Nate Archibald.  We didn’t get Tiny’s best seasons but he’s still probably the best name left on that list.  Just gonna have to hope we can outshoot everybody.  Probably screwed when we run up against KAJ though, lol.

He’s not on the list, but “Pistol” Pete Maravich.

He ended his career as a Celtics, so we didn’t get to see prime time Pete in green, but he would light up that league the way Pritchard lit up Portland Pro-Am last summer in the game he scored 92.

Ha.  Yeah, this team isn't going far in the tournament.  I like Letter B's chances a lot better, which I presume we'll get to soon.

Ray Allen was the best player of that group during his time on the Celtic's by far.  Not even a contest.

You can find all of the players here https://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/BOS/players.html

There are a ton of B's, of course Bird would be the only acceptable answer.

C would be interesting between Cowens and Cousy, so it would depend on the purpose I think.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I think you're misunderstanding the exercise.  You pick three players, to compete in the Big3 tournament.

You pick 3 players, not 1.

I'm the only one so far to pick Tony Allen. I thought thecteam could use some defense. I'll take undersize with this letter over what's available for sure.

he's very underappreciated by the people whining about trading Billups when he needed 5 years to put it together well enough to look like an NBA player

Ahh man, there is no size!

DA, Ray and Tiny. Tiny would be impossible to stay in front of on D in a 3 on 3 tourney. DA and Ray are so small next to him though. Preferably it would be only one of those two next to a big man or at least a legit forward. I'd take Ainge over Ray. DA was more well rounded.

Is this just based on the seasons that they were a Celtic?
