RIP. Amazing player. Definitely top 2 with Pele. Partied hard too, a little bit too hard maybe. But his goal against England in 1986 was amazing, even though I was too young to really appreciate it, but it provoked an interest in soccer for me.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

RIP Diego Maradona

Passed away today at 60 years of age. Arguably the best soccer player of all-time.

I got to see Maradona on TV, as an older player not in great shape and what surprised me was that he was still such a dangerous player that the the other team just knocked him down and took the foul nearly every time he touched the ball.  His vision and precision passing was just incredible.  Think of a really great passing point guard.

RIP Diego Maradona!

As a Brazilian, there has always been this great rivalry between Argentina and Brazil and we like to roast each other on who's the GOAT. However, like many rivalries, we respect and admire the great ones. Although he had a lot of demons outside of soccer, the guy was an amazing player. Brazilians have respected him and many are upset of today's loss.
