The Sixers just lost and I can't believe we are talking about Kyrie Irving instead of rejoicing over this fact.

I just want us to make Embiid cry again in the playoffs next year.

TOR did it last season - our turn next.

Blazer lose tonight to Tor, and at 4-8 about to go on 5 game road trip may be cooked. they need any forward sized guy  badly.

They have all of their own picks so I think they'll be fine, they can just trade for a good defensive forward if they really need one. Btw Fred Van Jordan was magnificent in this game!

Problem is they are banking losses right now. The west is good, it probably takes a bare minimum of like 46 wins to get in. That means at 4-8 they got to go 42-28 the rest of the way to have a shot. They gotta make a trade soon, and its hard because guys who signed this summer cant be moved until Dec 15.

Agreed. Maybe they're pulling a Warriors? a top 5 pick to go along CJ, Dame and Nurkic would be awesome.

The members at Liberty Ballers (I like to check out their game threads when they lose :0) seem about done with Tobias Harris and were throwing out the possibility of trading him for McCollum. This is probably wishful thinking and would likely need to include something more, but CJ hasn't exactly been lighting the world on fire this season either. Perhaps it would provide better balance for both teams.

Given how open both conferences are I think there will be a lot of moving pieces and trades starting in mid december. I can see Philly, Toronto, Bucks and Miami all improving. Hopefully we add a buy out center...

Good! The Sixers are a far bigger threat to us than Kyrie.

Lot less chirping in this thread as the 76ers have lost 4 of 5. We have opened up a 3 game lead on the amongst their struggles which very well could be difference in homecourt if we play then in playoffs

It's early on but avoiding the 4/5 matchup at all costs in the East would be nice.
