Maybe I should stick to not having a boxscore, once that loaded the Hawks went on a huge run!

is anyone else watching this game and thinking there's a decent possibility that the Nets/Hawks pick we get this year will end up being a better pick than our own?

If the Leastern conference wasn't so abysmal this year, there'e no way any of the 3 teams should make the playoffs.

Yeah no kidding. It is hard to evaluate what we really have with the current celtics when they are playing against such terrible teams night after night.

You've gotta think Atlanta is still going to make the playoffs.

Sadly, Milsap/Teague/Korver is a playoff team in the East.

Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

So they are one injury away from the lottery... like most other teams right now.

what are the chances Knicks gets their team together and start winning again

while Nets/hawks continue to suck.

We get 2 lottery picks, package them for a top 3 pick?

Yeah, there are gonna be 6 terrible playoff teams in the east. Six. So bad.

The difference between a 4th seed in the east and the 4th spot in the lottery is so close talent wise.

You don't package multiple picks to move up often in the NBA, not unless you're moving up only a few spots.

In this draft I'd be shocked if anything like that happened. Maybe if the C's had 5 they could go to 3. Sort of like the Kevin Love/Mayo deal. The team having the third pick would want to draft "Kevin Love" (say Exum) but see the chance to trade down 2 spots and still get him.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
