wants a team effort and all around players that play defense and can read and react-wants to be part of history of greats,wants a coach and front office he respects -that have been there -that wants fans that know the game and support team good and bad as long as team gives 100%-javale mcgee need not apply

At this point I'd settle for players with above average talent. I really don't care if they're good people or not.
