This switch everything crap has allowed Harden to get hot early.
With the guys on the floor right now, LEAVE Jaylen on Harden, don't switch.
Jaylen and Smart - nobody else. This is what we do every single time we play Houston. We start slow and give up a big lead because we switch everything and allow them to go iso with Harden, which is virtually the entirety of Houston's game plan. We only play them tight when we stop this switch everything crap and stop giving them everything they want on the offensive end.
If you remember to last year's game in Boston, we made our run when we picked up the energy and started having Smart stop switching off of Harden, making it difficult for him as Smart guards him as well as anyone in the league. He held him to something like 1 - 7 in Boston last year.
Don't understand why we never learn our lesson with this type of stuff. It's like we have to get stomped in the first quarter for us to even consider changing our strategy.
