I don't think the Spurs give up much in mid-season playing their bench. They are probably better rested than the starters. Plus the Spurs are a well oiled machine that relies on a system and not star power.
Did you watch them on opening night versus the Mavs? They were extremely lucky to win that game. In San Antonio. With everyone playing (actually, I'm not sure if Belinelli was injured or not, lol.). The moment Dallas got Rondo, Pop likely reacted the same way he did when the Lakers got Pau for nothing, and Tony Parker made a poo poo platter in his pants, lol. Duncan and Ginobili should have retired after winning the title last year. It was the perfect way to go out, by avenging their loss to the heat, but no. I don't care how deep they are and how much rest they get, I don't think the Spurs can beat Dallas, Golden State, and OKC in the same playoff run before they even make the finals, if they do. Crap, I forgot Memphis, as well. If they get Jeff Green, it could be a showdown of Dallas, the Warriors, and Memphis, at some point. The Spurs always seem to get lucky in the playoffs, like last year when Westbrook was out, or whatever
