It's 100% on the tise. And as long as the NBA has an "emphasis" on calling weaker fouls while not punishing flopping (it seems like that was just an "emphasis" a few years ago and now is forgotten), flopping is just gonna increase

Its making the game way worse to watch, but the NBA is just ignoring it
