Nightmare Alley was really great. Saw the black and white cut.

Watched Antlers last night. Could have been a lot better but was still solid.

Just watched King Richard, starring Will Smith.  I really enjoyed it.  Will Smith was excellent as the father.   I highly recommend it.

Saw King's Man. I am sorry to say this but it was a terrible movie. It's nice that it's more historically accurate and the Rasputin fighting scene was cool, but the movie was incredibly slow, not really funny and not the same vibe as the original.
Baby Jesus!

The other night, my wife and I went to the movies at the theater for the first time in 2 years.  It was a weeknight on Cape Cod in the winter so we were pretty sure it wouldn't be crowded.  Just to be safe we picked a movie we were confident would be so bad, no one would be there.

Rest assured, Moonfall, delivered on all of our desires.  It was indeed terrible and we were the only ones in the room.  Halle Berry and the guy who played Sam in Game of Thrones and a washed up astronaut save the earth from a convaluted andkooky plot that had the moon crashing into the earth.  Halle was legit unintentionally laughably bad in this movie.

Anyhow...we enjoyed our expensive popcorn and soda and now feel like our feet are wet to step up to a real movie.
Yup

agreed.  if it had been given any other title no one would ever link it to the original until the final scene

Spencer................yeah it was the wife's idea.

Terrible, unless you enjoy weird movies of a woman hallucinating and crying for 90 minutes.

God save the queen? More like God save my from ever seeing this garbage again.

Still don't believe in Joe.

That's too bad.  The other two with the main characters were excellent.

didn't care so much for the second one -- mostly the American counterparts and how some of the original group were disposed of relatively quickly and easily.

One constantly needs to assess how low one wants to go to please one's wife. This sounds like you've set a bad example for your brothers in arms.
