Ok Last night i was playing ball as usual and i went up for a rebound and brought my legs in, As i did that i heard a crunch on the outside part of my right knee.. As i landed i again heard the crunch.. I continued to play for about 5 more plays hit a 3 and then came back on D and could move laterally, It was very tight and shot pain through my knee. I took myself out and went home iced it and everything woke up this morning in a lot of pain but no swelling? Does anyone know what this could possibly be?
