Let's not get ahead of ourselves. There is still today's game to go.

why? you dont want him pitching tomorrow, is that what you are saying?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I also didn't get the take. I'm crossing my fingers that he pitches well.

I don't remember the last time that this Red Sox team had such a lead over the rest of the league. They're 7.5 games ahead of the Astros and 8.5 games ahead of the Yankees. If they maintain this pace for the last 50 games, they'll win 112 games.

I don't think the Red Sox will win 34/50 of their remaining games. But even if they win 30/50, that's 108 wins. If they play .500 for the rest of the way, they'll finish with 103 wins.

Barring a complete disaster, I think we can already state that the Red Sox regular season has been a success. They just need to stay the course and they will be sitting pretty heading into the playoffs.

Now let's root for David Price!

David Price always seems to get smoked by the Yankees, at least in recent memory. That was my point.
