So if we sign Harris, do we still go after Crowder?

Of course, he's the perfect compliment to Harris, and he's versatile enough to play 3 positions. Nevermind the leadership aspect. We need Crowder back no matter what happens.

crowder at the 3 and harris at the 4 would be pretty sweet vs a team like golden state or anyone for that matter.

Smart
Bradley
Crowder
Harris
Olynk
would be pretty fun to watch on offense and would have a pretty solid defensive presence even when IT comes on the floor.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Crowder came off the bench for us last season, he can continue to do that. We find ourselves a solid 3 starter, with Crowder backing him up. Still a logjam at the 1 and 2s. Still wanna get a solid defensive center though and have Zeller back him up

Let's say we do sign Harris and play him at the 4.  What do we possibly do with Sullinger?  He suddenly becomes a very serious minutes problem.  KO is fine coming off the bench and Bass is a professional, but Sullinger is such a whiner and in a contract year.

What could we get for him if other teams knew we were desperate?  What if we packaged a pick or two, could we get an above average back up?  What if we combined him and a few of our guards (Bradley and Hunter?) for Ty Lawson or something since they got Mudiay?

Then we could run Lawson/Smart/Crowder/Harris/Zeller is somewhat interesting.  I am kind of hoping we can get Lopez, though
