Is there a draft website that takes a teams needs/tendencies into consideration that is out there in the www?  I can't seem to find one.

yep.

None that I know of, but between the lottery and considering that there is still almost 3 months of basketball before the offseason...a lot can change. Usually sites like draft express and espn.com start to heat up after the NFL draft.
