I hate how Cleveland's announcers overreact to every good thing the Cavs do.

Crowder was not on the line, and the ref pointed towards it for the reason he got called for a block instead of a charge. Literally, on that replay he was not on the line. Incompetency with straight up vision.

This is exactly where Coach's challenges would be beneficial against official incompetency.

In the penalty with 6:30 left to go in the 3rd on the road against the Cavs.  Sounds about right.  16 fouls on the C's, 11 on the Cavs.

The line was irrelevant. He didn't get the charge because the refs deemed he was moving.
