they might sign a good free agent, everybody wants to play for such a talented team. lol  ;D

They can have Turner back.

Late to the party. Had to try and watch the game quickly and skip through the commercials.

So is everyone thinking we should imitate Hinkie now? Could you imagine 2, 3, or even four years of this bad of basketball? This is ridiculous.
What do you wanna they will be at least close to entering playoffs next year?
MCW is not playing tonight. Next year they ll have Embiid + another top-5 pick.
This team has a LOT of potential.

I don't think they're any better than us next year. Embiid, if he can even play, will still be a rookie. Noel looks years away. MCW is meh, and Saric still won't be there. I still think they're two or more years away from sniffing the playoffs.

I'll admit, they have TONS of potential. But they have sooooo many young players trying to figure it out together that I seriously doubt they all do. And I really question the Embiid/Noel frontcourt. Plus, how do they end up keeping all of these young guys that are inevitably going to want max contracts in two to three years? MCW and Noel are up the same year, then Embiid and Saric, and the next year whoever they get this year.

Yeah they have no vets to lead and steady the ship
They've got tons of cap space whenever they want to use it.  The question is do they want to make the playoffs next year or do they want to tank one more year.

I don't think any quality vet is going there. Justified or not, they have TANKING written all over them, and I'm pretty sure that deters pretty much every decent vet this summer.

I don't see why Hinkie even gets credit at all.  Any chump can tear a team down and tank.  And even if I was GM, I could successfully pick one of Wiggins, Parker, or Embiid with the 2nd pick.  We'll see how Saric turns out.  The trade with NO for Noel and the draft pick was an excellent move for the 76ers, but really it was just as much due to NO's stupidity for giving up that much for Jrue Holiday.

I imagine Hinkie will try to package some of these young kids for proven stars once they develop.  Can't have a perpetually young team and expect to win.

Over the past 5 games, Smart is 4 for 20 from 3.  Time to go to the hole Marcus.

Anytime they want to put in Crowder and Young, I will be OK with it.
