I bet the trade Rozier crowd is hiding tonight.   That was a great steal to seal the game.
Nope, still here.  He made plenty of boneheaded plays including that horrid inbounds pass earlier.  Great play at the end but if he played better during the game, they wouldn't have needed that play.

If Kyrie does not jack up the one-legged shot from the wing sideline, we would not have needed Rozier's steal either.

Celtics were SCREWED be the refs--Awful, CROOKED, Inept reffing. Indy woulda been down 30+ points if it wasn't for these creeps with the one sided reffing.

Eat a big one Indiana---Celtics deserved to STEAL this one.

Choked away a 19 point lead.  Unacceptable. This team has been very mediocre last 5 games
Not good.

Lost in that thrilling finish was that. When we aren’t digging huge holes to climb out of, we are blowing huge leads. Team has been very inconsistent on both ends since the streak ended.

A loss to a team like Miami was inevitable. Riding a streak that big gets every team amped up for you and sometimes shots just don’t fall.

The Detroit loss was humbling, but we avenged it properly.

Losing to San Antonio was a devastating loss, but they are a good team, especially at home.

The shellacking we took in Chicago was inexcusable and so was that embarrassing effort Friday against Utah (without Gobert/Favors) at home.

They made some of their wins much more difficult than they needed to be.

I’m hoping Morris gets right and he solves some of our issues, but we still have plenty of work to do to truly challenge Cleveland and GSW/HOU.

I went to bed last night at 107-102, p---ed that the Cs had somehow thrown away this game.

I woke up this morning and the voices in my head said "the Cs won".
Nah, can't be.
The Cs won.
There's no way.
Go check. They won.
*checks*
THEY WON?!?!?!?!?

:D

Now what's stranger, that there are voices in my head? Or that they're right?   :o

I hardly think he was reason we blew our lead he was +5 while in the game.    He shot well 4-9 from he field, 1-2 from the three, added 4 rebounds and 2 steals and only had 2 to's.   I saw one three which he should not have taken.  But Smart had 7 TOs last night are you sure you should not be mad at him?   Besides the three that was ill-advised what bonehead plays are you talking about?

The thing I don't like is Tatum not scoring in the second half that much.   He was tearing it up but guys won't feed him if he is hot early.

I can accept Terry because I realize he is a backup point guard.   He is fine as a backup pg.

According to ESPN Stats & Information research, NBA teams were 0-379 when trailing by five or more in the final 30 seconds of games this season entering Monday night's action.

... and

According to Stats & Information research, teams trailing by five or more in the final 30 seconds of games have a winning percentage of .002 over the past 20 NBA seasons.

Which reminds me. I was so stunned by the play that I had to look at the TV to see that we were ahead.

Stevens OTOH flashed an extremely rare wide smile at the end:

I can understand that we are losing game we should have one in every logic sense, I can accept that we had like 15 second-chance points less than Indiana, I accept Bayness' terrible game, I accept even that Kyrie had terrible shot selection in last 3 min, but I CAN'T STAND MARCUS SMART KEEPIN THE BALL EVERY SINGLE POSSESION WE HAVE!!! I just wonder is there someone who can mention it to Stevens??!!

 :( :( :(

a little misleading because "5 or more" included all the teams that were down by 10 or 20 too. Those teams have far worse odds than we did. I wonder what the numbers are if you restrict the number to 5 or 6 point leads.
