great guy.

he isnt even close to making money compared to what other athletes make, yet still trying to make a difference by helping communities throughout the country. wish more players were like that.
wish ryan the best in and out of the court

TP for the story.

It's one thing being a good ballplayer,
another thing being a classy person.

Like Ray, Gomes is both.

Beautiful.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Great story.  Vandy had a player collapse at practice who had to be revived by an AED when his heart stopped - though his career was over he's still in good health today.  If it wasn't for the AED who knows what could have happened.  It's a much bigger deal then you realize, and seems to hit basketball players more than any other sport.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Great to see Some stories abotu Ryan, great kid, wish we could have had him back. To bad minnosota extended him. was hopinghe'd fall through the cracks and have a chance to come back to us :(

And at least he's making some money now, he did sign a 5 year 20 million+ contract this offseason, and no one could have deserved to get a little financal stablity more than ryan :)
