I like the fact that Smart scored 19 and 20 points to finish out summer league. I think he's a guy that once he's comfortable at this level he will become a very confident, bulldozing type point/off guard. He'll score points. His jump shot "looks" pretty good and with some work it seems he might be able to become a very good shooter.

But after watching him these 4-5 games what stuck out more than anything is how many balls he gets his hands on:

* Passing lane steals
* On the ball steals
* Rebound tips
* Deflections

He's incredibly active and disruptive on the defensive end.

Lastly, I really like his toughness and he seems like a leader. Pretty happy with this pick as of now.
