Yes, and it's very poor in the lower bowl. For the first time this year, they're letting us see a preview of what's available. Many sections have <10 seats available, and they tend to be in the center of the row and/or higher up. Loges 1, 11 and 13 have more seats than most of the others, but overall, it's not a great selection. It'll be a non-event for me this year.

@#!%$&@#! winning streak!

Did your rep give you a preview? I didnt get that option.

My portal opens today at 2 and she sent me an email about an hour ago to remind me. I clicked on the link in the email and it led me to the preview.

Last season I waited either several hours or a few days until I saw an upgrade I wanted. Today I saw seats in an equal section but a row closer for the same price, so I pounced. It would've been fun to browse around a bit more and see what was out there, but I'm happy with the upgrade.

What are the names of your reps (other than Sarah)? My rep for my first 3 years gave us a great perk once a year but the last 2 years with our new rep hasn’t done much. Maybe COVID is to blame, idk.

My rep was John.  He must have left before or during the season, and my new rep is Sydney

I'm a half-season STM and am hopeful there will be some more availability. I'm itching to move from the balcony down to loge.

Definitely COVID to blame. I called them earlier in the season to ask about STM perks, and that's when it started to pick up. I hate to be the squeaky wheel all the time but, ya know, grease...

Sorry for the delayed reply - My new rep this year is Tyler, he's been fantastic.

Upgrade window started at 10, nothing great.

I always go into it with the idea of upgrading but I never do. The price increase for a minor jump for me is significant. Something like $60/ticket increase to go down two rows.

I had the option to move over two sections, from 9 to 11, but would have had to give up front row seats. Still, I was surprised that it was only an extra $200. Then I realized that I was comparing the price for both of my current tickets to the price for a single seat in the new section.

I think I'm going to be where I am for a while...

I also have Ben now and I've been very pleased with him this season.  He's a first year guy and he has seemed willing to go above and beyond more than anyone I've had so far I think.

Made a small move during my opportunity moving my seats to the aisle and 8 seats closer to center court.  Also moved across the arena to section 303, which I think is near that newish bar above the balcony?  Is that correct?
