What a great pass by Rondo for that Ellis 3.

Beautiful cut by Monta along the baseline and hand off by Dirk out of the post. Lovely.

Incredible play by Monta on next possession to finish through the contact. Three point play. Nope.

Rondo quit on the Celts.   Has anyone seen him play the way he has as a Celtic this past season?

His man on man D is good tonight.  His knee is fine

Yeah, at least we can be thankful he didn't publicly quit on them, but it looks like Jackie Mac was right.

yup.

I HAVE seen enough to disagree with LarBird33 Dallas will be a much better team once these guys understand that when Rondo has the ball he is always in attack mode and he can pass the ball to you wherever you are, and from anywhere on the court. They have robbed him off many assists tonight because they are just surprised by his passes.
I have seen enough to agree with LarBird33.  Dallas was the best offensive team in the league and Rondo isnt' going to move the needle much.  THey are currently losing to the Spurs exhausted bench members a day after San Antonio's overtime game.

Dirk 2-11, Parsons 5-14.
... Dat spacing

WHile everyone is ga-ga over Rondo's stats, note that they are losing to San Antonio's bench warmers... and the Mavericks, previously the league's highest scoring most efficient team, is shooting 37% with Rondo at the helm.

Let's see what happens in the 4th quarter if they leave Rondo out there.

Long term, I think Rondo should bring enough to the table to make up for his deficiencies.  But Dallas will need to adapt to him.

I dont think you are watching the game. Parsons and Dirk have been AWOL the whole game, Rondo or No Rondo. Dirk has spent a lot of time with the bench and even open shots hes been missing. Really horrible analysis by taking stats out of context.

Typical Spurs getting every call.  That was an over-the-back.  It's very hard for me to see Rondo in another uniform, and I just started watching, lol. ;D

Rondo is making me mad.  Did he just backpeddle and raise his arms to contain the drive??

HE didn't do that once this season.  He let guys get by him , time after time again, and try his lazy octopus wraparound attempt

There is our good-ole Rondo with the missed layup! lol Seriously, though, Ellis is ridiculous.

Lol at the layup.  Rondo must have been thinking, "you're giving it to me?" haha. ;D  He got fouled by Diaw on that pick, though.
