A few more things that add to a good night for the Sox...
Youk makes his return tomorrow
Drew should return within the next 3 days
Colon will be pitching for Pawtucket, i believe this weekend
Aardsma is going to be pitching to batters soon
The bullpen has actually looked pretty good lately
When we are at full health we are more deep than 04 and 07
Carlos Quentin is out for the season, so if he didn't already have it in the bag, i think we can name Pedroia MVP now

i think they should give Ortiz a week or so off or before playoff time to allow him to regroup(rest the wrist)some.

I'm feeling very good about this team.  Beckett looked strong in his first start back.  They've been gaining on the Rays minus Beckett, Lowell, Drew, and Youkilis.  Beckett and Lowell are back, Youk is playing tonight, and Drew should be back in a couple of days.  The Rays better watch out.  The only reason they're in first is because of injuries to the Sox (they lost a ton of 1 run games when Papi was out that they most likely would have won with him).  If the Sox can stay healthy, they have a good chance of overcoming them not only in the regular season (as they have 6 more games against them, plus a favorable home schedule), but also in the playoffs.
