I think he wasnt physically 100% but a lot of it was rust as well. I actually reallly liked that he was pushing himself on returning thats old school basketball.

Your friend must be really old because that adage has been around forever.

It has helped me in my job as well.

Extremely wise advice.

come on Chris.

He needed to get his feet wet. His shot just didn't fall tonight. It will soon again

exactly. after an injury it takes time to come back for most players. tonight was one baby step in the recovery.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

He could barely move.

20 minutes with no assists, no steals, no rebounds and 3 turnovers.

Brad finally put the right team in, but it was too late.

Definitely not right.  When you hurt your lower back, it can take a while to heal to the point where you're not stiff.  He was stiff.

He wasn't able to even run until tuesday, let alone jump and shoot. He couldn't even walk down the hall with out a limp.

He took that fall and even padded up it hurt like hell. He should be out an other week, he needs some paractices and walk threw to get his legs back under him and give him more time to get his back right. It wasn't smart, backs aren't something you mess around with, especially some one that needs their athleticism to play.

Playing last night wasn't a baby step, that was a leap in his recovery and a bad one. Baby step would have been a practice with contact, not a game that a win was needed. He hurt the team quite a bit last night, I don't even remember if he played in the 4th at all, and if not shows that he wasn't ready to come back.

This may or may not have been part of his recovery but it was a disaster for team in this game-kelly is playing through recovery but isiah is 5 ft -9 and lives by the assets that this took away from him-Maybe watching isiah even in warmups the team could have gotten down-why sit zeller ,play zeller and jerebco and crowder,-could evan turners size helped with miami guards and in the paint--but i think isiah in this game was a depth charge for celts-no flexibilty,no explosive first step ,shot off a pure space jam game-

I love that he tried to play too early. I am pretty sure 99% of the NBA really milks their injuries.

I love the heart.

Agree, but I would have replaced Pressey with Bradley earlier.   Easy to second guess though and that lineup was working.
