Everybody in the thread looking at sofutomygaha's posts like

We draft 1-4 players.

All men.

Portions of the board immediately begin overrating them, offset by other portions who promptly start underrating them.  The lower the pick, the harder the pendulum goes toward overrating.

Few if any assessments wind up being anywhere near their actual performances.

Danny remains a genius/idiot, or gidious, if you will.

After the hype and build up, Boston takes a marginal role player at 16 that will be nothing more than a rotation guy that doesn't add much punch.

Man, this is both depressing and likely.

I can't see what would make you think any of this is likely, since it's never happened before ever.

Celtics make no moves and realize it was a HUGE mistake to make the playoffs this year just to get smoked by the queen and admit we lost 2 years on the rebuild because of it. I just say enough how bad of an idea it was to make the playoffs with the stiffs we have, major set back. :'(

Ainge will trade the first pick(s) for an "experienced" NBA player. This player will have above average defensive ability and will be viewed as a potential "future trade asset" for the star player we all hope for.

Man, am I going out on a limb or what?

We trade up and get WCS.

People get angry.

Then Upshaw in the 2nd.

Everyone left over from the first round gets angry.

The Knicks do something stupid.

I fall asleep midway through the second round.

Someone refers to one of our draft choices as "(Uncomplimentary comparison) 2.0"

My wife falls off her chair laughing at Philly's pick trying not to sulk about getting drafted by them.

The Knicks Trade Porzingis to Boston without receiving Smart in return.

My draft prediction for the Celtics if LA passes on Okafor.

1. Sully, #16, #28 to Charlotte for the #9 pick.
2. #9, Smart, Gerald Wallace, to Philly for the #3.

I am starting to get worried we don't move up right now. As of right now we stay at 16 and pick Deckker.

 * TRADE - Sully and 16 for Cody Zeller and 9
 * TRADE - 28 for Bennett and 2nd round picks
 * DRAFT - Danny does the unexpected and drafts Cameron Payne at 9.
 * DRAFT - High risk pick in the 2nd round...Upshaw
 * DRAFT - Pat Connaughton
 * DRAFT - and stash...Luka Mitrovic

I know everyone is expecting (hoping) that Danny is trading up to get someone like WCS or Turner.  I have a feeling that he's actually aiming for someone like Mario Hezonja or Justise Winslow but I don't think they will be there at 9 so he will take the "best player available" on his draft board.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.
