shav, green and pierce on the front line
i will add that bass has been doing a very nice job of boxing out lately, not necessarily getting the rebounds but sealing his man off very well

i want shav to get minutes now before playoffs so he can give us good playing time

When Garnet sits.....  I become depressed ....no interior basketball >:(

UNTIL  SHAV has come on the scene  :D

AS soon as Shav  enters the game now , the tide starts to turn in the Celtics favor , just like with Garnet ..... no matter WHO else is in the game.....good things start to happen and it starts with having a defensive presence in the paint and a few rebounds.

Having a active big in the paint is as important as AB or Rondo in what they bring.

Celtics are still a dangerous team with a GOOD BIG on the floor.

I want to see Shav at the 5 and Sully at 4 and Green at 3 one day next year WOO HOO ..... BIG BALL here we come. and WIlliams as a guard.

On talent alone it is obviously Green and Bass. I understand you may not be getting the very best rebounding out of those two, but it's not like Dikembe Mutombo or Dennis Rodman are on that list.

Statistically, Green and Bass is one of the worst defensive combos (forget about rebounding) in the NBA.
