By some miracle the Kings pick has gone from looking like somewhere around 16-18 to falling all the way to tied for 12'th.The 12th pick is no joke. This may not be the strongest draft but the 12th range has historically been a place where quality talent tends to slip and is definitely a more attractive trade asset than the stigma of "end of the lottery".The Kings are tied with the Heat and the Hornets both of whom are playing the currently tied and overachieving 6th seed Nets and 7th seeds Magic respectively tonight. Both the Nets and Magic will be out for blood as they attempt to shore up their playoff position leaving the Heat and Hornets most likely locked in to their tank position (Although Charlotte has won 4 strait)As for the Kings, they face a Portland team currently sitting at 1 game behind the Rockets for the 3rd seed and who -if I am reading the standings correctly- own the tie breaker. Portland should in theory want that last bump in the playoff race and be out for blood tonight. The way I see it the potential difference between 3 draft slots lies in the hands of our old pal Evan Turner and the Blazers. Here we go Portland!
With the exception of 2 games a year I'm never not a Portland fan.
Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum are both OUT due to "load management" for tonight's regular season finale vs. Kings

Want to see that Kings pick climbConversely, I want no one to drop more than I want the Knicks to drop.My dream Draft scenario - Atlanta 1st, Phoenix 2nd, Boston 3rd, Dallas 4th, NYK 5th
