Jonathan Isaac torn left ACL, out for the year.

And now...the media is all saying "should've taken a knee" or "this is some religious figure's will". Like a wildfire.
Guy just can't catch a break. Legit All-Defensive 1st team play when healthy this season.

That garbage really annoys me. He makes a decision for himself, and he gets lambasted for it.

At this point for the C's, seeding doesn't really matter for home court purposes anyways so I'm not worried about that. All I'm really hoping for, in addition to good play and wins obviously, is seeing a team like IND or even MIA falling to the 6 seed. I don't want to face the Sixers first round, that's for sure.

Two game in to this re-start, Celtics are 1-1, Bucks are 1-1, Lakers are 1-1

And lits of close games to boot where any one team can beat the other...

I think the no homecourt thing is affecting everyone..any team can be beaten regardless of current record...we could have even beaten the Bucks had JT played even a shadow of himself that night or if Kemba was arount the last 6 min.

Health is the key here heading to the POs...the healthiest team wins it all imo.

I know it could never be duplicated, but I'm actually enjoying this brand of NBA.  I think they've done an incredible job making the best of the circumstances.

His reasoning was odd, but to each his own. People blasting him because he 'deserved it' or whatever are just jerks. I like Isaac as a player - really was hoping for a Rozier, picks/Isaac swap after the 2018 playoffs. He'll come back from this and hopefully he'll stay off twitter.

Yeah, I'm actually super-impressed tbh. The at-home experience has been really entertaining. As long as it's not the Lakers who take home the trophy, I am all good with this re-start.

I agree. I think this format makes for much better games. Players are more rested and focused. No long flights , no distractions. Nothing to do but practice, watch game films, rest, and prep for games. More communication between teammates too all day long.

The keys to the title will be health as bopna said, and also team chemistry. Some teams will get tighter by staying together all the time in the bubble, others will fall apart faster (I'm looking at you, Sixers).

No homecourt is bad for teams where they don't have the crowd to inspire them to keep the energy going, or they don't have the crowd to boo/show hostility to the away team during free-throws or being a public enemy.

But hopefully, the C's can do it without the home crowd.

TJ Warren continuing his hot streak, even though his missed 5 threes against the Wiz. I’m still bummed out he didn’t fall to our BKN pick that year. Could have saved us from James Young

Too bad the Pels lost their 1st 2 games -- they'd be threatening to catch the Griz with a win tonight.

As it is, it's a long way to go still for anyone other than SA to catch Memphis.

Isaac wasn’t kneeling for the anthem for personal reasons - lots of people mocked him saying things like “you'll kneel either way now”. Thankfully they were mostly laughed down

People were upset Isaac chose to not support BLM. He didn't wear a shirt or kneel. (He basically said, everyone should just be good Christians and that will solve everything, that you don't need protest or a movement.)

So when he went down with a knee injury people made rude comments and bad jokes based on karma or judgment by God on him for not supporting the cause.

The West now goes through LA again as Lakers take down Jazz to clinch #1 seed.

Man, who'd imagine 10 years later they're back on top again. Davis putting up 42/12 tonight.

Took them embarrassingly long to rebuild, and IMO they’ve built a team that has seriously big weaknesses. Excited to see them get bounced in the playoffs
