TRADE

BLOCKBUSTER

Dallas sends: LeBron James, Ray Allen and 7(1)

Philly sends: Kawhi Leonard, Klay Thompson + 5(6)

Ooooh, I like this for both teams in terms of fit.

Philly got good fit while not giving up any value.  Actually increasing overall value.

Dallas certainly gave up more value for that fit.  They moved either slightly lower or laterally on players alone, so needs to hit on this 5(6) pick in order to make this trade a good one for them.

With the 4th pick of the fifth round, the Denver Nuggets select Rip Hamilton!!!
Great choice. Perfect off-ball offensive weapon who can just shred teams in the mid-range.

G: Chauncey
G: Ray
F: LeBron

That perimeter trio is terrifyingly good!

Plus Gobert in the middle to clean things up.

Yeah, that is absolutely scary. LeBron would have a field day with that lineup surrounding him.

Yep, I love it for both teams. Dallas can now put out a big lineup without any setbacks, with Klay Thompson being able to guard PGs, and Luka essentially being the PG. Fits much better than with LeBron.

A team of LeBron, Ray Allen and Chauncey is scary.

Love the value, question his attitude.  But that’s always been the knock.

I think I would have liked Westbrook better with Lebron than Kawhi actually.  Yeah Kawhi lets Russ have the ball more, but the transition offense potential with Lebron, wow.  But I'm cool with Westbrook here on this current team too.

There he goes, was wondering when he'd finally get picked

Really thought he would last, and I moved up for him, too.

Well, guess it's going to have to be a different MVP type player.

Cool. I get the guy I wanted. Sticking with the Spanish National Team model, over the years they had 3 different ways of upping the tempo while one of the Gasol brothers rested on the bench. A defensive SF/PF, a defender/shooter PF/C and in recent years an offensive PF/SF. I am going for the PF/C.

Boston Celtics select Rasheed Wallace pick 5.7

Sheed will give the team more speed and quickness up front to matchup better against PnR offenses & perimeter orientated big men like Dirk Nowitzki without sacrificing too much in size or interior defense.
