i haven't really been all that excited about this game
between march madness (go vcu) and some personal things, I could care less

but i will be watching
and my grandmother made me shepards pie
so the only thing that could make this day better is a celtics win.

This game is big for two reasons and two reasons only. Confidence, and more importantly seeding. The knicks are going downhill and we have to keep winning to keep the pressure on.

Good news tho, doc says if KG wasn't sick then he'd play today. He expects him to play next game.

the knicks will keep slipping tho. it also doesn't help that Atlanta seems to be a game ahead and  playing fairly well.

Doc hasn't seemed to take these past couple of games serious
I don't think I will either.
it's the Heat...if we lose, hey, they're the #1 seed, that's what they're supposed to do.

Get KG some rest and get these new guys playing who could be contributors soon.

Don't see us winning this without KG. If we do, it would be the best win of the year.

So KG's groin injury has turned into an "illness"?  Must have been messin' around with LeBron's ma.  Oh boy, Delonte gon be mad!

Man, my mind takes me to some weird places sometimes.

This game lost some luster in my eyes without KG. May as well rest Pierce.

the energy/stress KG would expend on his body to WIN a game against the HEAT would probally be as much as  it takes to win the NEXT THREE GAMES combined.

Probally better , use him to win the easier to win the next few games than to kill him to win this one game ....

Don't want to kill off PP and KG to win this heading into playoffs and then drop the next 6 games because they are recovering.

Glad he's not playing. The more rest he gets, the better.  Nothing to lose tonight as expectations are low -- go hard and let the Heat know we'll be a tough out.
