Omg, Nurse, call the timeout! That’s why you don’t inbound underneath your own basket in that situation! Call the timeout and advance the ball. My god. It’s Mazzulla-esque.

He did, they didn’t give it to him

Nope. That’s a bold-faced lie on Nurse’s part. The video clearly shows he doesn’t try to call timeout until after the ball is already loose. He clearly didn’t try to do one before the ball was inbounded.

Well its all ancient history now but apparently the NBA said that Nurse called timeout and wasn't recognized.

In any case it was a litany of errors, Hart should have been called for the foul, Brunson fouled Maxey, and Nurse's timeout was ignored. All in the name of "let them play" and not let the game be decided at the free throw line probably. Sixers are apparently going to file a complaint...doubtless they feel they should be 2-1 up. Good luck with that

Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

What is with the early start of the Indy vs Bucks game?

No Giannis. Ruled out again.

Why is Caitlan Clark in a race car?

She looks super uncomfortable with the attention.

Bobby Portis has got to a better job on Siakam. He is the only guy on the roster capable of defending Siakam. He has to take the challenge personally. Crowder, Middleton, Connaughton cannot do it. It is Portis' challenge to take head-on.

Haliburton is so beautiful to watch. Attracts the defense like light to insects, kicks it to the open teammate for the jumper.

He is on another level than everyone else on the court.

Milwaukee's offense is so bad. Why aren't they letting Lillard create for them? Get him the ball.

Stop taking turns going one-on-one.

You feel sorry for Brook Lopez trying to close out on Myles Turner at the three point line. Brook is way too slow. He has no chance. Turner either takes the three or he beats him with the pump fake. Brook dead in the water right from the word go. Never stood a chance.

Milwaukee do not have a single assist yet. It is 4:24 left in Q1. No assists. Indy have 8.

And that is a fair description of their offenses. One is moving the ball and playing team ball. Led by Haliburton. The other is playing one-on-one. Always in front of a set defense. Little movement. Little teamwork. Hero ball. Middleton, Lillard, Portis. Hero-ball.

Milwaukee have gone super-small to get their offense going.

G: Lillard
G: Beverley
F: M Beasley
F: P Connaughton
C: Portis

Tiny at forward right now. A pair of small SGs. Connaughton is at least bulky at 6-4 / 6-5. Beasley gets beaten up physically by big guards. Nevermind forwards. Two PGs in the backcourt. A PF pretending to be a C in the middle.

Milwaukee are desperate.

Milwaukee is in trouble, and now Dame down holding his knee. Holy cow, that doesn’t look good at all. His foot got stepped on and torqued his knee.

Yeah… What was it a 5:30pm tip off? Never seen that on a Friday night. Very odd.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Me either. I kept thinking it was a typo. I tuned in just to see whether it was correct or not.
