Jaylen starting to cement his position as a real superstar in this league.

When he goes home this summer and gets even better, once again, he probably will be looking at All-NBA level of superstar.

He really is. That middle game unleashed everything for him.

Never wanted that :)

JB is more than a good player too. He seems to be an exemplary human being.

I know it's not basketball reasons, but it's part of why I don't want him in anything but green.

It's too bad our 3rd stringers had to make the Scal walk of shame back to the bench, but awesome that Jaylen got a couple more baskets to get to 40. I just love watching him play basketball. Tatum has been getting a lot of attention lately - great that Jaylen got himself a signature game in this stretch, too.

Looking forward to seeing what JB unlocks over the next couple years. No reason to think he won’t keep growing his game. All-NBA is a reachable goal.

TP for that.  As I get older, this kind of stuff becomes more important to me.  It needs to be more than a game, just like life.

I think he's already pretty high up in the Player's Union.  Anyone else notice him talking to CJ McCollum at the end of the Portland game?

Consummate teammate and arguably the best 3&D in the league. And he just keeps getting better every year.

Thought it interesting that in the post game interview the TNT guys says he deserved a good burger and Jaylen said only if it's plant based.

JB is either vegan or vegetarian.

Brown is so much more than a 3&D guy.

Seriously.  44% of his shots are 2-pointers away from the from the rim, compared 36% being from 3, and 20% being at the rim.  He actually attempts fewer 3s than is average, considering that 39% of NBA shots are 3s, vs. 36% of his.  He's a true 3-level scorer now, shooting nearly 50% between the foul line and 3-point line.  And he passes.

Now he just needs to cut down on the turnovers a bit, which are at a career-worst.

I was a bit worried that the rest of the league had figured out how to defend Tatum and Brown, especially since the C's have such a shallow roster.

It's awesome to see they are both starting to trend up again, and that's before they get anything out of Fournier, and before Langford has figured out any of his offense.

If these two have a few more levels of growth in them, and they should, it is going to be fun.

Obviously. Can you point out where I said he only provides 3&D? I know it’s fun to pretend logical inconsistencies exist so you can create an opportunity to sound like a genius.
