Just a few thoughts.

My assumptions are that the

Grizz finish top 8 and keep their pick (this is a good thing)

Kings will finish in the lotto in the 10-14 range

Clippers will finish in the 15-20 range

Cetlics will finish 23-28

Players I like at the 10-20 range (per tankathon mock)
D'Andre Hunter big wing Virginia, he is fare and away the player I want in this draft outside of the top 4.
KZ Okpala wing Stanford, long perimeter player who despite being 6''8-6'9 with a +7' wingspan has guard skillset due to late growth spurt
Nickeil Alexander-Walker wing Virginia, well rounded guard
Players I like in late 1st
Shamorie Ponds guard St Johns, i'm high on him as a future 2nd unit lead guard/bench spark plug
Jontay Porter Big Missouri, if injury pushes him to late 1st he could be a great pick as the rare big who fits the Horford mold on offense

2nd round guys I think will be good NBA players

Admiral Schofield
Grant Williams
Carsen Edwards

Players I want to make a point of watching

Aric Holman Big for Mississippi State
Chalres Basset Big Western Kentucky

I think your yearly excellent work on the Celtics draft will all be for nothing this year. I see Ainge moving this year's picks for Davis.

Thanks for post...TP

Draft analysis will be interesting to see which players emerge from NCAA tourney.

Barring big trades, a point guard and or PF of some sort would be ok.

I wonder who Stevens likes in draft?

Subtract  Rozier - Mook next year

I hope so, and thus I hope the Pels like prospects in the teens in this draft, especially with Memphis on a roll now.

As Nickagenta said above a lot could change if the Cs make the move for AD.

Aside from the AD situation I think this will be a tough draft for the Cs to really fill roster needs. Most likely the Cs loose either Irving or Rozier this off-season and Morris is not likely to be resigned. The Morris void will likely be filled be filled by giving Semi more minutes. As for point guards since last year I have been a S Ponds fan. His size makes it tough to see him starting for a good team but I really like him in a backup role.

Another player I'm really high on and think could prove to be a late 1st early 2nd steal is Dylan Windler. I recently wrote a post about him.

I highly doubt Kyrie leaves.  I'm anticipating Rozier and Morris will leave.  quite possibly Theis too.  this is regardless of a trade for AD or not.

if we get AD, I think all of this year's picks are included in the deal as well as Williams.  probably Smart too.

that's a lot of holes to fill for next year without any draft picks to use in the process.

yes and he seems like a player DA would like.

To compare him to a current Celtic and exceltic

Semi, Jae Crowder and Schofield are all about the same size 6'5"-6'6' around 240lbs with around 6'9" wingspans

http://www.tankathon.com/players/compare?players=admiral-schofield--jae-crowder--semi-ojeleye

per 36 stats

Scofield  19pts 7rb 2.3ast 5.4 3PA .49% from 3

Crowder  19pts   9rb 2.3ast 5.5 3PA .34% from 3

Ojeleye   20pt    7rb  1.6ast 5.2 3PA .42% from 3

Seems like a safe bet that Schofield checks alot of the boxes DA looks for in a player.

Even if say Morris, Theis, Rozier, and Irving all come back we currently have an open spot, and another one easily by not re-signing Wanamaker.  So if all else fails and we run it back, we can stash a pick or 2 overseas or a small consolidation trade, and maybe keep 2 rookies on the roster.

Carson Edwards can flat out ball and he seems to want to be a real point guard .

I think he is at least Larkin at min ...  He has the motor to play hard 35 minutes ....while Lebron is resting

He averages more turnovers than assists, so I'm not sure where the "real point guard" comment comes from.

I may create a tier between my current 3/4 for reddish, little and Clarke.

My logic in ranking reddish higher is his potential positional value. At 6’i-6’9 with a 7’1 wingspan and the potential to be a good outside shooter he profiles to have a high positional value. Ever team is looking for 3/4 type wings who they can “small ball” with while still retaining height and length on the court. I see him as a future Jeff green/H Barnes/ R gay type wing.

Little worries me because his physical profile should have led to more in court production. Much like Stanley Johnson he looks the part of an elite NBA prospect in every way except production. With that he also could prove to have a Jaylen Brown like rise and be one of the 3 best in this class a few years from now.
