I want the Celtics to win and obviously rooting for them but I just don't know if I can handle them playing the lakers in the finals.  I watched the game last night for about three minutes (real minutes, not game minutes) and saw four fouls called against the Nuggets.

I hope our guys are ready for the zone. It’s going to come in big moments. We need to be ready to survive the defensive onslaught

If we are somehow not prepared for the zone after all these games, we deserve to lose.

Having Hayward back should itself be a huge help with the zone though.

Agreed. People are partially right that our personnel against the zone might not be the best, but even then just watching the games I realize the team's just making so many boneheaded blunders. The stupid turnovers, and missing wide open looks even against the zone. If they could just stop turning it over and hit the open shots, they can absolutely deliver even against zone defenses. Sadly it's easier said than done and hasn't happened so far.

Maybe Hayward returns, and Brad makes some adjustments.

Yeah, the blunders have been tough but also just...hesitance? It honestly feels like some possessions, our players are clueless or disorganized in how they want to attack the zone. Sad because we also faced this in the Toronto series (albeit against lesser individual defenders)

I assume it's because they don't want to compete with Monday night football.

We know our team has talent. This is when we find out if they have heart as well.

They don't want 'em to take away the spotlight of...New Orleans Saints @ Las Vegas Raiders, the opening of a new stadium.

@wojespn

Barring a setback in pregame warmups, there’s significant optimism within the Celtics that forward Gordon Hayward (right ankle sprain) will be active to play in Game 3 vs. Miami tonight, sources tell ESPN. After missing a month, Hayward offers a sizable boost for Boston’s bench.
