That was quite a cast!  KG as Wilt.  Did they stretch him?

I'm with the Maestro...White Man Can't Jump is great.  Harrelson and Snipes are fantastic, and Rosie Perez steals the movie...

Yeah it might be the best.  But many people consider Hoosiers to be the best sports movie ever... I've never actually seen it, but if it's widely considered as the "best sports movie ever", it's gotta be the "best basketball movie ever".

You've...  never... seen... Hoosiers?

That's grounds for a ban, my friend. ;)

I voted Hoosiers. I'm a traditionalist and a conformist. White Men Can't Jump is excellent though. Haven't seen at least half of those movies. Btw, that one starring our own Darius Miles doesn't qualify? The one about the SAT. Pretty bad movie.

I wish the polls on this site realigned themselves based on voting percentage.  Does anyone get annoyed sorting through the random order and trying to find the choice with the most votes?  CelticsBlog site designer, get on it!  Haha, but no seriously, it would make things much easier...

Those little % bars would be a little more indicative if there weren't 30 choices being spread about I guess
Yup

1 - White Men Can't Jump

i second that emotion.  the actual b-ball scenes were really well done.  It really put street ball on the map.  this came out years before and1.  and the fact that it's an old school R movie is sweet.
